Hello!!  Yes, I am alive!  I know it has been far too long since I have last updated my blog and I must say I have missed it!!!  I am absolutely loving my little guy at home and have very much enjoyed my time off with my baby, but wedding season is around the corner and we ready for it!!  I have some amazing weddings this year and feel so lucky to be working with such awesome brides.  One of the really fun parts of my job is that I get to be a part of weddings of people that I love in a way that no one else gets to.  I have known this next bride for many years now.  I have watched her grow up into this absolutely beautiful woman and I am so honored to photograph her wedding.  Her family was so great to my friends and I when we were in college it is so crazy to see them all grown up!  A couple weeks ago me, Rachael, and Blaine got together for their engagement session and I had such a great time with them it got me even more excited about the wedding.  Here are some of my favorites from their session and get ready for lots more posts coming from me!!  Wedding season has officially began!!

Hello!!  Yes, I am alive!  I'm sorry there have been so many breaks between blogs.  Our busy fall schedule combined with little one on the way has put blogging on hold at times, but I still have some really great things to share with you this year!  I am getting ready to head down to Savannah, Ga this weekend to shoot a wedding and we are so excited!  But first, I wanted to share with you this sweet couple.  Jennifer and Matt are getting married in Jackson, TN at the end of October and Jennifer just happens to be the best friend of my bride for this weekend's wedding!  I really enjoyed getting to hang out with Jennifer and Matt in beautiful Townsend, TN!  I loved that the brought along their dogs who were such great sports and great entertainment as well.  Here are some of my favorites!

I absolutely love Blackberry Farm!  So you know that I was just so excited when I got a call from Annie about doing a last minute engagement session there.  It was calling for rain all day, but we took the chance and ended up having lots of sunshine and blue skies!!  I had such a great time with them and am so excited for them about their future together.  They are such a sweet couple who have so much fun together.  You can feel the love when you are around them.  Thank you all so much for thinkin of me!  I loved being able to spend the day with you!!

hi friends!  i'm back!  the holidays have been amazing and the break was much needed but the new year brings new projects, weddings, ideas, and it is time to get workin'!  i loved getting to hang out with becca and brandon this fall to shoot their engagement session!  we were blessed with that beautiful southern light and the cute couple was definitely a bonus :)  i am really excited about 2011 and all of the awesome things we have lined up!  can't wait to share all of it with you guys!  for now, feast your eyes on these cuties.

i have seriously been the worst blogger ever!!!  i feel like i have said a hundred times how busy i have been this year, but we really have been!  i am getting ready to wrap up the 2010 wedding season and i really just can't believe how fast this year has gone.  2011 is going to be here before we know it!!!  i am already looking forward to some fabulous weddings in the year to come and lindsey and randy's is one of them!!!  i have known lindsey for years now (our dad's have worked together since we were just kids).  she has grown up to be beyond gorgeous!  her and randy have been together for like 5 years (hmmmm...i think that's right!) so, they are very excited to get married and i could not be happier to be a part of it as their photographer.
